Projects History

Over the years, EMAC Divers have successfully completed various challenging underwater projects, using their technical scuba diving expertise to deliver safe and effective solutions.

Notable Projects

2016 – Salvage Excavation at Head Marala Hydropower Plant (Sialkot)
Conducted a successful underwater excavation, ensuring safe and efficient recovery.

2017 – Bore Kelly-Bridge Project (Nowshera, KPK)
Completed critical underwater work, contributing to the successful construction and maintenance of the bridge.

2018-2019 – Bay 04 Drainage Valve Replacement & Inlet Gate Survey
Executed precise underwater valve replacement and conducted a thorough survey of all four inlet gates, ensuring optimal functionality.

2019 – Stop Log Removal at Ghazi Barrage (KPK)
Lifted two stop logs from the downstream side of the HR (Head Regulator) Gate #03 for Power WAPDA Tarbela, demonstrating expertise in underwater engineering tasks.

2020 – Lost Bridge Pillar Survey at B-F Link Canal (Pattoki)
Successfully located a missing bridge pillar through advanced underwater search techniques.

2021 – Toyota Vigo Recovery from 30ft Depth (Khanpur Dam, KPK)
Salvaged a sunken vehicle with precision and professionalism.

2022 – Sunken Truck Recovery (20ft Depth) in Kashmir
Recovered a fully loaded wheat truck from the depths, preventing potential environmental hazards.

2023 – Survey Video for Damaged Wall of Karot Hydroplant (Kashmir)
Conducted a detailed underwater survey and video inspection, assisting in structural assessments.

2026 – Stop Log Gate Underwater Remediation, Diamer-Bhasha Dam (Gilgit-Baltistan)
Commissioned by a Chinese hydropower contractor to diagnose persistent leakage beneath a stop log gate. EMAC Divers identified hardened concrete deposits on the gate sill that prevented proper seating and sealing. Through specialized underwater remediation and debris removal operations, the team restored the sealing surface and resolved the issue, supporting the safe and efficient operation of the dam infrastructure.

2026 – Submerged Well Pump Recovery, (Rawalpindi)

Successfully located, rigged, and recovered a massive submerged well pump during a specialized underwater salvage operation. The project required precise underwater assessment, lifting procedures, and recovery techniques to safely retrieve the equipment while minimizing further damage.

💡 Through each of these projects, EMAC Divers continue to showcase their commitment to safety, precision, and excellence in underwater operations.
